Overall Patrick was a pleasure to work with - he really made an effort to learn what was important to us when looking for a place, tailoring the listings he sent us based on our feedback. He was prompt with arranging (and often accompanying us to) viewings, and he never pressured us.

The week we negotiated the offer and worked through removing conditions happened to also be the week that Patrick was away on vacation with poor internet service (no fault of his own!). He battled through the IT challenges to negotiate a price we were happy with for our home and we are enormously grateful for his hard work in this regard, particularly since he had to give up some of his vacation time for us. In the subsequent few days (after our offer was accepted and while we were working through subject/condition removal) we wish his communication had been a bit more consistent; as first time townhouse buyers looking for guidance (specifically for interpreting the various strata documents) we were left feeling a little in the lurch for a few days but were grateful to eventually hear his thoughts. After that point, Patrick was once again super responsive and was really prompt at addressing a finding that came up in our inspection. He made sure the completion/possession went smoothly and helped set us up well for our transition into our new space.
